Medicare Home Health

American Eldercare provides intermittent skilled services to homebound persons in locations throughout Florida. All services are under a plan ordered by a physician. Such a service plan can avoid unnecessary hospitalizations, hasten hospital discharges and enable an elder to stay in the comfort of home during acute illnesses, or while convalescing.  

We offer these services... services that may not be available through other agencies:

• Responsiveness: admissions on the same day as referral
• Flexibility: we can do twice daily visits, when necessary
• Dietitian Consultation: review prescribed diets and/or nutritional needs

We also provide linkage to community services and assistance for low income elderly... sometimes a way to stretch limited financial resources.
