What is the cost? The Long Term Care program is FREE for anyone that meets the Florida State eligibility requirements. Are you eligible? Eligibility is determined by the Department of Elder Affairs Cares Unit and the Department of Children and Families. These are the agencies that decide who gets enrolled in the plan.
