for the home health agency must provide references and proof of current
Florida licensure or aide certification, CPR training and eligibility to
work.
Applicants interested in Care Management positions for the Long
Term Care Diversion Program must possess a B.A. degree and some
geriatric experience.

- Registered Nurse – Per Diem: Must have a valid Florida RN license. One year

- Executive Director – Full Time: Provide supervision and support to the supervisors who oversee diversion, home health and support staff. Manage the day to day functions of the office to ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met. Oversee the operational budget for the office. Limited travel required. Must have a Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 3 years experience in the healthcare field managing supervisors. Internal candidates will be considered if they have worked for our company in a supervisory capacity for 2 or more years.
